      Formed in 1998, the Project helps promote awareness of the orangutan and its plight as well as raising funds for the mission of OFI.
    • Birute Galdikas Fondas
      Established in 2007 in Vilnius, Lithuania, to promote the work and vision of Dr. Birute Mary Galdikas in Lithuania and throughout the world.
    • Orangutan Foundation Canada
      Orangutan Foundation Canada is the sister to OFI. This organization was established in 2011 by Dr. Biruté Mary Galdikas and associates in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
    • Orangutan Foundation International Kalimantan
      Formed in 2005 to address important educational and conservation issues in Indonesia concerning orangutans and tropical forests. YOIK was established by Indonesians committed to promoting conservation education and habitat preservation.
